Memphis police are on the hunt for a bank robber who took off from the scene, riding a red scooter.
Investigators say it happened about 2:00 p.m. at the First Financial Credit Union at 633 S. Highland near the University of Memphis. Police say the man told the bank teller he had a weapon, but other witnesses told officers they didn’t see one.
He got away on a red scooter. Police don’t yet know how much money he got away with, if any.
